Commercial Law is a branch of law that includes special regulations of the Turkish Law of Obligations. According to Article 1 of the Turkish Commercial Code, the Commercial Code is an integral part of the Turkish Civil Code. Special provisions written in other laws regarding transactions, acts and affairs concerning any commercially operated business are considered commercial provisions.
